Things unfolded the way people dream about - friends-turned-lovers after the painfully slow burn of wanting each other in secret despite the dozens of what-ifs. Well, after a long year of laughs, almost-kisses, and of course, waiting, everything fell into place the way it was meant to.

It was that magical time of year again - our yearly autumnal trip to Salem, MA. Our travels to New England have become somewhat of a tradition since our first year together, so naturally, it was the perfect (spooky) backdrop for our proposal. Caroline, sick from the anticipation, popped the question in the most roundabout way you could imagine to which Taylor responded "Is that a promise ring?" An awkward-yet-sweet moment that makes total sense for us.

"Now what?" We had already made the ultimate commitment to each other. What was the rush to get married? Well, to party with all our favorite people, of course! Please join us for an intimate celebration of our love, which of course wouldn't be complete without food, libations, and dancing!
